I completely understand the concern. The Free Project Program is genuinely free when it comes to my work—you won’t pay me for building your store or tool. The only costs you may face are the platform fees (like Shopify plans), or optional themes and apps. These are usually very small expenses and will always be discussed and agreed on before starting. No hidden fees, no surprises.
The timeline depends on the project’s complexity, but it always requires a minimum of 4 weeks. This is because I follow a structured 4-step process designed to ensure the highest quality results.
The program helps you create your project for free, as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. If the project is too complex, it will be split into phases: the first one is free, while the following phases will be quoted with a cost agreed in advance.
I evaluate if the project meets specific suitability criteria and if I can guarantee an optimal outcome. Once approved, projects are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.
I only work on one project at a time. When you first get in touch, you will be informed of the start date and your position on the waiting list.
Yes, absolutely. You can request additional features or faster delivery through a dedicated paid quote.
Yes. I provide 2 months of free post-launch support. After that, you can continue with a discounted support plan reserved for program participants.
